New Year is here and we are off and running at the barn!
Horses and riders enjoyed some extra lessons over the holidays and some down time as well to rest and recover from a very busy 2012 - we are now back in full swing and looking forward to another fun and successful 2013.
For those of you who are showing - believe it or not - the time is now! Forms for Gold Creek and Monroe shows will be due in March, but we will be out of town during that time and need to have your RSVP by February 1st so we can get everything prepared for those shows. If you are interested, or not sure if you SHOULD be interested, please touch base with Staff ASAP so we can help you get organized. You will also need to be signing up for yearly memberships - check out the WSHJA, USHJA and USEF sites for membership information and feel free to check in with Staff if you have any questions. You want to be signed up before you go to the shows in order to avoid fees and track your Year-End Points.
Speaking of Year-End Points, Team Sundance is getting ready to head to the WSHJA Banquet next Saturday. We had some great accomplishments this last show season and are excited to get to spend the evening celebrating with one another and our other friends in the showing community.

In February we will be heading down to Thermal for the HITS show - look for updates on Facebook and follow us along on our trip down South. We are excited to test the horses at what is our largest show in the Northwest and a great learning opportunity for horses and riders. As always, if you have any vacation time saved up, head on down and join us for a visit. The venue is amazing and the competition is fierce!
For those of you staying home this winter, Danika and Alex will be managing the lessons and schedules while we are away, so things should run without much change - as always, make sure you email us your monthly schedule ahead of time so we can make sure we save your spot for the day!
We hope you are all enjoying this beautiful weather and we look forward to seeing you all out at the barn!
